We provide low-cost
spay/neuter for cats & dogs
along with other services
at the time of surgery
throughout Connecticut & beyond
Nutmeg Spay/Neuter Clinic has performed almost 20,000 surgeries on cats and dogs in our community, moving to end pet overpopulation. Our clinic is currently open Monday through Thursday and performs roughly 30 cat and dog sterilizations per day including vaccinations for rabies and distemper and other services. Our plan is to offer education to the community for responsible pet care, support for feral cat colonies, and work with area rescues to help the animals.
Nutmeg is NOT a full-service veterinarian nor do we offer appointments for vaccines or other services only as a regular veterinary hospital would. We specialize in spay/neuter surgery with added services only at the time of surgery. Our mission is to provide a low-cost option in order to halt pet overpopulation and illness.
